Class AnnotationShape
Used to position an existing annotation in a layer or shape collection.
You should use the AnnotationShape in ShapeCollections with 90-degree rotations (0, 90, 180 and 270) only.
If the Annotation is a Widget the FontSize will be changed automatically when VirtualHeight is set (which implies a coordinate system transformation).
