What do we expect from you?

In order to keep up with support and still have time to develop new features, we expect from you the following:

  2. Search the Code samples before submitting a question.
  3. Submit well-defined issues as a Visual Studio project that we can open, compile without errors and run. Furthermore, the problem should be obvious and isolated.

Only if issues are submitted so that they can be dealt with efficiently and effectively, only then will our support hours have the highest return. That is something from which all of our customers, including you, benefit. Being a software developer yourself, we are sure that you understand.
